Senior Construction Project Manager

We are Lot Squared Development (www.lotsquared.com), a house-flipping company in the Washington D.C.-Maryland-Virginia metro region. Our projects range from simple trash-outs to extensive remodeling additions. We're looking to bring a Senior Construction Project Manager onboard remotely to help us keep our projects on track, on time, and on budget. We aren't looking for someone to just sit at a desk and update a spreadsheet. We need an "Agent of Progress"—someone who knows how to move a project forward and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to make things happen. This job is remote work-from-home Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm EST. Nights and weekends as needed. If you’re a "go-getter" who likes to see results in a high-energy environment, apply today. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING - Moving the needle: You’ll use a schedule as a tool to get things done, not just a checklist to stay busy. - Managing risk: You’ll keep an eye on the "big three": money, time, and people. You need to see problems coming before they hit us. - Handling the "spectrum": One day you might be overseeing a quick renovation; the next, you’re managing the administration for a luxury estate. - Solving problems: If a problem is at your level, you fix it.
