Construction Project Manager

We are Stony Creek Homes, a Washington, DC based house flipping company, and we're looking for a Construction Project Manager to join us remotely and move our projects forward. IMPORTANT: If you are a clock-puncher who needs a rigid manual and constant hand-holding to function, this is not the place for you. We are looking for a senior-level leader who actually enjoys the challenge of bringing order to chaos in a fast-moving company. As our Construction Project Manager, you are the "Agent of Progress" and the "conductor" of every build. You take 100% ownership, meaning you are directly responsible for the success or failure of your projects. THE JOB - Role Type: Remote (Full-time, Independent Contractor). - Schedule: 40 hours per week, US Eastern Time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). This is nonnegotiable. - Focus: Managing a portfolio of 10+ concurrent residential projects (5 active, 5 pre-construction). - Mission: Your mission is to be the "Agent of Progress" who takes 100% responsibility for the success or failure of your project portfolio.
