What this role is asking for.
We are Stony Creek Homes (www.stonycreekhomes.com), and we flip properties in the Washington, DC metro region. We're looking for an In-House Recruiter to join us. This is a remote role with regular business hours of 9am - 6pm EST M - F. Weโre building a hiring function that solves real business needs, real volume, and real accountability. That creates meaningful opportunity for the right recruiter. This is not a traditional recruiting role focused on posting jobs and screening resumes. We're looking for someone whose organized, disciplined, and consistently operating at a high level. Weโve worked with many recruiters over the years. Some succeeded, but most didn't because they lacked strong judgment, self-direction, and comfort with ambiguity. We want a professional partner. We want someone who can understand our business, can evaluate people thoughtfully, and take ownership of outcomes without needing constant direction.
