About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our Logistics Optimization team, where we tackle some of the hardest algorithmic and operational problems in healthcare. You’ll design systems that balance clinician supply, patient demand, and routing efficiency—essentially the logistics backbone of Sprinter’s in-home care delivery model.
