You will be the overall Program Lead for a large customer acting as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and/or Executive Sponsor of the Program, collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft the vision, develop the strategy, build the roadmap of use cases, build program/project plan, proactively mitigate risks and execute on delivering customer value.
