Job Description The Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions and frameworks that support the quality and reliability of SmartRent products. This role builds and enhances scalable automation frameworks and integrates automated testing into CI pipelines to support continuous quality validation across platform and device functionality. The SDET works closely with developers and QA team members to embed automation into the development lifecycle, design and execute test strategies across functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing, and perform code reviews to ensure automation quality and consistency.
