Manager of Strategic Operations

*Candidate must reside in Boston, MA metro* Consulting, Investment Banking or Private Equity experience required Job Purpose: In 2017, Shields created the Strategic Operations team to work directly with Executive Leadership team on cross functional projects including operational improvement initiatives, business development opportunities and new business innovation ideas. The team serves as a cross-functional introduction to the Company and provides opportunities to gain access to the core executive team and making a lasting impact on the Company. Members of the Strategic Operations team have the opportunity to experience every aspect of the Company before finding a functional leadership role or leading a new growth initiatives. This will be a very hands-on and analytical role. Strategic Operations professionals will be expected to manage cross-functional projects through completion and support the initiatives with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, highly resourceful, strong analytical skills and possess the ability to work comfortably inside a highly entrepreneurial environment that is very results-oriented.
