INTERVIEW COORDINATION - Schedule and manage on-site and virtual interviews end-to-end — calendar invites, briefing materials, room bookings, and virtual links - Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a warm and professional experience throughout - Track interview feedback and follow up to keep pipelines moving ATS Management (Ashby) - Keep candidate records, pipelines, and job postings accurate and up to date - Own ATS configuration including stages, templates, and automation workflows - Pull pipeline reports and maintain a log of recurring and ad hoc reporting needs Onboarding - Coordinate all pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for US hires: statutory compliance, employment contracts, and equipm
