About the Role We are seeking a Sr. Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team as we expand Rula’s reach and impact. You will serve as a key partner to our human resources, information technology, security, and other internal stakeholders to provide practical guidance that ensures our operations remain compliant while we pursue our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone. In this role, you will take the lead on employment, privacy, and security legal matters, transforming complex regulations into practical, efficient, and
