The Opportunity The Recruiting Operations Coordinator is the operational backbone of Postman's recruiting function. In this role, you will ensure that every search runs smoothly from open to close — keeping interviews scheduled, data clean, feedback flowing, and candidates well-informed throughout their experience. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to build foundational expertise in talent acquisition at a fast-growing technology company. You will work closely with recruiters
