ABOUT THE ROLE This is a technical client-facing role sitting at the intersection of our institutional relationships and our engineering team. You'll be the primary point of contact for market makers, trading firms, and institutional partners integrating with Polymarket's APIs and exchange infrastructure — helping them get live quickly, troubleshoot issues, and get the most out of our platform. You're part account manager, part solutions engineer. You understand how exchanges work under the hood, can read and write code when needed, and know how to translate between what a client needs and what our engineering team can build.
