ABOUT THE ROLE Growth at Polymarket is moving fast, and the engineering work required to support it hasn't had a dedicated home. That changes with this hire. You'll be the first focused Growth Engineer on the team, sitting at the intersection of engineering and marketing to build the systems that turn curious visitors into active traders and active traders into advocates. The work is real and immediate. Referral systems, leaderboards, onboarding flows, invite mechanics, share surfaces. These aren't stretch projects or moonshots. They're scoped, shippable, and waiting on someone with the skills and judgment to own them.
