RESPONSIBILITIES Senior Frontend Engineer obsessed with delivering exceptional UX quality — crisp visuals, smooth transitions, and intuitive flows — while staying pragmatic about shipping fast and iterating. You know when to polish and when to push. You care deeply about reliability, testing, and performance, but you’re also a great communicator who brings designers, PMs, and backend engineers together to move quickly without breaking trust. You’ll own the core user experiences and help make Phantom feel world-class and trustworthy. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors degree in Computer Sc
