ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to partner closely with our Head of Sales and drive a best-in-class hiring experience across our go-to-market org. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle GTM recruiter in high-growth environments, with deep experience hiring Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Support, and the broader sales team. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, creative AI-augmented sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup setting. Beyond the expected; this role requires both a superior level of operational wizardry; and a mastery of storytelling, steeped in a comprehensive understanding of the AI market and the GTM talent landscape. You won't just keep pace with how AI is reshaping recruiting, you'll be the one putting those tools to work, using them to find signal others miss and to move faster than the market.
