Sr. Product Designer

AI-first innovation is central to how Pendo is building next, with active investments across Agent Mode, Predict, and Agent Analytics. The Product Design team supports the full platform ecosystem and is accountable for creating a cohesive customer experience. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own design execution end-to-end for assigned product areas. You will partner closely with product and engineering leaders to turn customer insight into clear, well-reasoned design decisions that engineering can build with confidence. This role leads co-design with customers, prototypes before engineering investment, contributes to backlog prioritization, and ships experiences tied to measurable outcomes. AI tools are expected to be part of the daily design and prototyping workflow from day one. This role is based in our Sheffield office.
