Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Program Manager, Vendor Management Operations to join our Workforce Management team. About the role: The Program Manager is responsible for supporting all activities related to vendor management to ensure success. Additionally supports operational improvements for core vendor operations, including proper controls and monitoring, to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, supporting the program across the organization and helping implement project management fundamentals and standards across the organization. You will report into the Associate Director, Workforce Management. Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $100,602 - $132,040 per year.
