About the role: The Director, Business Operations builds the long-term operational roadmap and strategically tackles organizational challenges with rigor and tact. This role is a steward of process and sets a high operational bar with cross-functional stakeholders. You will be a connector of leadership communications across the company, specific to the business process optimization and projects it supports. You will manage the execution of highly visible projects that ensure the success of cross-functional teams across Oscar. Additionally, you'll be a bridge between the People team and the business, partnering on organizational structure and change management to enable continued high-performance and organizational success.
