Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Sales Executive to join our Sales team. Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. About the role: As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth for the business by identifying and qualifying distribution partners (brokers and agencies) and/or leads. You will ensure that insurance brokers across our coverage area have the information and tools to effectively understand and sell our product. You will report into the Director, Sales. Work Location: This is a remote position based in the field, open to candidates who reside in Miami, Florida. Your daily work will involve a blend of work from your home office and frequent travel for client meetings. Travel may be required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $75,348.00 - $98,894.25 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and sales commissions.
