Senior Manager, Insurance Growth Strategic Implementation

About the role: The Senior Manager, Insurance Growth Strategic Implementation is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of high-priority insurance growth initiatives- from concept through go-live and transition to steady-state ownership. You'll serve as the primary driver of execution for complex, cross-functional implementations, taking full accountability of day-to-day program management and execution. These are high-visibility and high impact initiatives such as new partnerships, reciprocity arrangements, and net-new product launches. You'll operate at the center of delivery, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to enterprise timelines. These timelines include filings, OE, and 1/1 readiness.
