About the role: The Corporate Paralegal is a key member of the Corporate Legal team responsible for project managing and supporting Oscar’s entity management and subsidiary governance workflows. You will work closely with internal Oscar teams and interfaces with our external regulators. You will report into the Associate General Counsel. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Atlanta, GA. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $34.39 - $45.14 per hour. You are also eligible for employee benefits and monthly vacation accrual at a rate of 15 days per year.
