About the role: The Associate Director, Insights & Intelligence will lead the development of relevant market, competitor, and consumer intelligence to support Oscar's insurance product organization. This role serves as a strategic advisor across product, market leadership, actuarial, network, growth, and finance teams, translating complex market dynamics into actionable recommendations that drive product strategy, portfolio optimization, retention, growth, and market expansion decisions. This leader will oversee market intelligence programs, competitive analysis, consumer insights, and strategic reporting efforts while helping shape long-term product and market strategy across Oscar's lines of business.
