About the role: The Manager, Market Management supports membership growth and management by ensuring providers and other key stakeholders across our service area have the information and support they need to provide best-in-class member care, achieve our growth goals and drive quality health outcomes. In addition, the Market Manager develops and analyzes trends that help drive best-in-class member care and quality outcomes, while meeting affordability targets. The Market Manager assists in the development of strong relationships with community partners and develops key insights within our markets to guide overall growth strategies. The Market Manager operates in a matrixed organization and builds partnerships across the organization. You will report into the Director, Market Management. Work Location: This is a remote position based in the field, open to candidates who reside in Illinois.
