Director, Talent Management

About the role: The Director of Talent Management is responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide strategies that drive organizational performance, develop leadership capability, and ensure a strong pipeline of talent. This role is critical in driving successful outcomes in succession planning, performance management, and Learning & Development (L&D) to align Oscar's people strategy with business goals and foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and internal mobility. You will report into the VP, Talent. Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week.
