Program Manager, Outreach & Audiences

About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and mission-driven Program Manager to expand two of OpenAI’s flagship public-facing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region: OpenAI Academy, our AI literacy and up-skilling platform, and OpenAI Forum, our convening space for expert dialogue on the future of AI. You’ll support the design, localization, and execution of programming that resonates across diverse APAC communities. You’ll help identify, build, and maintain partnerships with regional organizations; grow and engage audiences across countries; and produce thoughtful, accessible content that connects OpenAI’s mission to key APAC and international stakeholders. From brainstorming session topics, to coordinating events with local partners, to supporting multilingual audience engagement, you'll play a hands-on role in making these programs dynamic, culturally relevant, and impactful.
