ABOUT THE TEAM OpenAI Finance is responsible for ensuring the organization is positioned for success in pursuit of its mission. We partner closely with leaders across the company to build scalable financial infrastructure, maintain strong governance and controls, and support OpenAI's continued global growth. As OpenAI expands across Asia Pacific, we are seeking an experienced APAC Controller to build and lead our regional controllership function. This role will serve as the senior finance leader for the region, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, compliance, systems, and finance operations across a growing portfolio of legal entities. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced APAC Controller to lead OpenAI's accounting and controllership activities across Asia Pacific. Reporting to the International Controller, this role will be responsible for building and scaling the regional finance organization while ensuring strong financial controls, operational excellence, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
