About this Role We’re looking for an experienced Business Recruiter to help build some of the most critical teams at OpenAI across Go To Market, Core and G&A functions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll operate as a strategic talent partner not just executing searches, but shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent globally. You’ll own searches end-to-end, working closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, navigate complex markets, and deliver outstanding outcomes.
