About the Team OpenAI, in close collaboration with our capital partners, is building the world’s most advanced AI infrastructure ecosystem through the Stargate program—an initiative to develop massive next-generation datacenter campuses in partnership with industry leaders. The Physical Infrastructure team sits at the center of this effort, driving infrastructure strategy and execution from site development through full operational readiness. This team operates at the intersection of technical infrastructure, delivery, operations, and commercial partnerships, working across internal teams and external partners to enable large-scale AI compute deployments. About the Role We are seeking an Infrastructure Partnership Delivery Lead – Stargate to own partnership and delivery from construction through compute readiness across one of our most critical infrastructure relationships. This role serves as the primary delivery owner and strategic operational interface for key Stargate programs, ensuring successful execution across construction, datacenter operations, hardware deployment, and partner ecosystems.
