You will serve as the deep technical expert, translating complex customer needs into robust, scalable, and automated Observability solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our product capabilities and the customer's modern, often cloud-native, application and infrastructure environments. You will architect solutions that leverage Platform Engineering best practices, integrating New Relic seamlessly into their CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and internal developer platforms to drive wall-to-wall observability.
