The role As a Data Center Recruiter at Nebius, you’ll shape how we attract and hire the people who build the foundations of our business. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, People and Operations to design scalable, inclusive hiring strategies that fuel Nebius’ growth across regions. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers across Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure and Engineering, owning end-to-end recruitment for technicians, engineers and first-line management roles that keep our data centres operational.
