Associate Project Manager

Narvar is growing! We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of our post-purchase customer experience platform for retail clients. This role is ideal for someone who brings foundational project management skills, thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering value to customers through well-executed implementations. As an Associate Project Manager at Narvar, you’ll guide customers through onboarding and implementation, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and strong alignment across internal teams. You’ll play a key role in scaling our Professional Services practice by applying best practices and AI workflows, while growing your project management craft. Day-to-day Manage customer implementation projects end-to-end — from kickoff through post-go-live — ensuring alignment, tracking progress, managing risks, and driving toward key milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including Customer Engineers and other internal stakeholders, to ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers throughout the implementation, building strong relationships and setting clear expectations.
