Vice President, Finance

We are looking for a tech-forward VP of Finance to serve as a strategic architect for our financial operations. This is a high-impact role designed for a self-starter who prefers running a lean, elite operation over managing a large team. You will be the right hand to our CFO, taking full ownership of our financial engine and preparing the organization for the next steps in our growth. Day-today Strategic FP&A Ownership: Fully own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range modeling. Your goal is to provide the CFO with "push-button" visibility into the health of our SaaS, and transactional revenue, along with key financial and business metrics. M&A Strategy & Benchmarking : Drive financial due diligence and valuation for M&A activity. You will build and maintain the benchmarking frameworks we use to evaluate potential targets. Finance Systems & AI Transformation: This is not a maintenance role — you will be the architect of our next-generation finance stack. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of modern FP&A tooling. Embed AI and automation across budgeting, forecasting, and close workflows to eliminate manual effort and improve decision velocity.
