Product Manager - Product Factory

About the Opportunity We are seeking a passionate, technically-minded Product Manager - Product Factory to join our Core Systems team. Our mission is to disrupt traditional core banking technology standards by building highly configurable, modular, and automated solutions that enable rapid financial product launches across Europe, backed by automated compliance and seamless data flows. The Core Systems segment is split between our Barcelona and Berlin, which serve as the primary product and tech hubs for N26 globally. What is the "Product Factory"? The Product Factory is the central engine room of N26’s core banking platform. Rather than hardcoding software from scratch for every new country or account type, the Product Factory builds the modular "building blocks" (flexible APIs, internal configuration engines, and a centralized product catalog) of the bank. As the Product Manager for this group, you will own the internal platforms that allow N26 to dynamically mix, match, and launch new financial products (like specialized savings accounts, premium tiers, or localized lending features) in a highly competitive, scalable, and compliant manner.
