Your expertise will be essential in optimising our CRM engagement and retention efforts to align with the company's overarching goals and objectives. In this role you will: Operational Excellence (50%) Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, employing a holistic approach to engage effectively with our customer base. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of complex campaigns, leveraging your operational expertise. Champion adherence to established processes, both within your role and among stakeholders, to maximise campaign efficiency and operational excellence. Conceptualise, set up, and maintain automated communication workflows that support the achievement of CRM key performance indicators. Analytic mastery Collaborate with data analytics and data engineers to ensure a data driven approach to your work.
