About the Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Fully Qualified Spanish Lawyer to join our People Team as an Employment Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal advice to the organization on all employment-related aspects of our business in Spain and other international markets. This role will support our business while ensuring compliance with EU and Spanish regulations, and other relevant international employment laws. You will collaborate with our People team, senior management and relevant other business leaders as well as our employee representatives to develop pragmatic solutions and manage employment-related risks effectively. In this Role, You Will: Provide Expert Advice: Provide expert legal advice on Spanish employment law, including hiring, termination, contracts, collective bargaining agreements, works council matters, social security regulations, and other related topics. Support International Employment Matters: Offer guidance and support on employment law matters in other international markets, such as Italy, France and Netherlands as needed, working with local counsel when necessary.
