Associate IAM Specialist

About the opportunity The Internal IT team creates a secure, compliant by design, environment where seamless access to essential IT assets empowers individuals and teams to innovate and achieve their highest impact with confidence and minimal risk. The IAM (Identity and Access Management) team is continuously trying to optimise and automate manual tasks to cope with the tremendous growth of the company, moving away from traditional IT into a more DevSecOps approach relying on technology to empower people. This team keeps the show running by onboarding and offboarding user accounts, managing accounts, and granting/revoking access to tools. It's a multidisciplinary team with a customer first attitude. As an Associate IAM Specialist, you will learn the fundamental concepts, best practices, and operational procedures of the identity function area. You will work closely with our Engineering, Security, and Product teams, receiving mentorship from senior members as you execute established procedures under moderate supervision.
