User Experience Designer

Overview Arke is seeking a User Experience Designer to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in translating complex business challenges into intuitive, impactful digital experiences. You’ll design responsive websites, portals, kiosks, mobile apps, eCommerce journeys, and CM-driven experiences, grounding every solution in strong UX principles and collaborating closely with creative and development teams in an iterative, agile environment. If you’re passionate about making digital experiences simpler, smarter, and more human—especially as they evolve with AI and new interaction models—we’d love to hear from you. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to take initiative and contribute meaningfully across both internal teams and client engagements. While this is a remote position, we do expect some in-office days to connect and collaborate.
