The IT SaaS Engineering Team plays a critical role in enabling MongoDB’s post-sales business processes, including Customer Success, Support, Renewals, Services, and account management workflows. By leveraging Salesforce and related business systems, the team ensures that post-sales teams have the tools, automation, security, and governance needed to effectively manage customer relationships, support customer outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and drive long-term customer growth. With deep expertise in Salesforce development, platform governance, automation, integrations, and system operations, the team continuously enhances the CRM platform to support evolving post-sales business needs. The team partners closely with stakeholders across Customer Success, Technical Services, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Billing, Security, Compliance, and Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable Salesforce solutions.
