We’re looking for a high-impact leader to build and lead our Global Modernization Services practice —an elite team responsible for accelerating enterprise transformation within key customer accounts. This is a build-and-scale role for a proven leader in application modernization consulting. You will own the strategy, execution, and impact of a high-performing consulting practice, delivering measurable business outcomes for customers through field-developed, AI-powered modernization tooling. Your mission: build the best, engineering-first modernization practice in the industry, delivering application and platform transformation at scale. This is not a status quo role.
