We are looking for someone to join the MongoDB Talent Acquisition team as an Associate Recruiter/Recruiter, aligned to our Sales Go To Market (GTM) Business Unit. GTM encompasses Direct Sales, Partners, Scales Growth, Renewals, RAM, Professional Services and few others. We expect this person to effectively support any role across all of Go to Market. Position Expectations Partner with hiring managers at the intake stage to shape search strategy, calibrate must-have vs. nice-to-have criteria, and finalize strong job descriptions before launch. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across assigned GTM roles in India, from kickoff through offer acceptance and handoff to onboarding. Build and execute sourcing strategies for active and passive talent across key GTM talent pools. Drive candidate generation through outbound sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and internal partnerships. Maintain strong alignment with hiring teams on interview panel design, competencies, process efficiency, and timely feedback. S
