Marketing Operations Manager

MongoDB’s Marketing Technology team is seeking a Workfront & AEM Assets System Administrator to own and govern our workflow and digital asset management ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary system owner for Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, with responsibility for platform configuration, governance, and ongoing optimization across the Marketing organization. This individual will act as a strategic partner to marketing stakeholders, ensuring that workflows, asset management practices, and system integrations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise, a strong operational mindset, and the ability to drive adoption and continuous improvement across both platforms.
