Renewals Specialist

MongoDB is looking for a driven and results‑oriented Renewal Specialist to join our Renewals Team in the Americas region. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a world‑class renewal experience for our customers while driving strong retention outcomes for MongoDB’s business. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, operational excellence, deal formulation and negotiation experience, a strong aptitude to learn MongoDB products and policy, and solid relations with internal stakeholders.
