Sr. Executive Assistant, Chief Legal Officer

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at the highest level, in the Bay Area. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who can go beyond traditional executive support and thrives at the center of a fast-moving organization. The right candidate will not only run a complex executive calendar and travel cadence with excellence, but also manage the intake, routing, and execution of sensitive legal documents - including but not limited to internal governance, banking and compliance materials requiring CLO sign off. You will help to prepare materials for key meetings and track priorities and decisions to completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator with strong judgment, executive presence, and direct experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment. You will work closely with the CLO and senior legal leaders to keep priorities moving, remove friction, and ensure support is provided with precision, professionalism, and the highest standard of discretion.
