The Senior Manager, Early Talent Recruiting for MongoDB is a key role on our Talent Acquisition team and an opportunity to lead a world-class global early career hiring program and scale it to support the company’s growth ambitions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our global early career hiring and programs. Employer branding on campus to execute our summer internship program and onboarding new graduates across all functions globally. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and sits on the Extended Talent Acquisition Leadership Team.
