Manager, Candidate Experience

About the Role MongoDB is looking for an individual to manage our global Candidate Experience function. In this role, you will own the end-to-end candidate experience operations across the US, EMEA, and APAC building a high-performing team of coordinators and ensuring every candidate who interacts with MongoDB leaves with a positive and lasting impression — regardless of outcome. You will be a strategic partner to the Recruiting leadership team, driving operational excellence, process standardization, and regional consistency across a distributed team.
