Senior Director, Compensation

To that end, our Global Compensation team is looking for a Senior Director, Compensation Partners to play significant leadership across MongoDB’s global compensation programs, co-leading the team alongside the Director of Compensation Operations Reporting to our VP, Total Rewards, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a key architect of our compensation strategy as we continue to scale globally. What You Will Do Strategic Leadership Define and evolve global compensation strategy aligned with business goals, growth stage, and talent needs Advise senior leaders (Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A) on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and equity practices Balance market competitiveness, pay equity, and cost efficiency in a fast-moving tech environment Compensation Programs & Projects Lead the design and evolution of global compensation philosophy, ensuring alignment with company strategy, talent needs, and market competitiveness Own job architecture strategy, including leveling frameworks, job families, and career structures, to support consistency, clarity, and growth at scale Drive c...
