Partner Operations works to maintain our external relationships and streamlines our collective workflows to keep customers, partners, and Mercury employees happy. As a Partner Operations Change Management Strategist, you will work to keep our network of banking and payment partners running like a well-oiled machine while enabling Mercury to launch products and features that make banking feel effortless. This will include a mix of day-to-day communication, process design and execution, as well as long-term strategic relationship building. Internally, you’ll work across many of our teams, like Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal - owning the change management program that unblocks sustained growth and innovation.
