WHAT YOU'LL DO - You will review a large amount of traffic data (road incidents: constructions, closures, etc.), and feedback from customers to improve their experience - You will do a root-cause analysis using various data sources and tools to understand the customers’ issues - You will make high-quality edits on OSM and other internal data sources based on guidelines - You will provide investigations and analysis, find patterns, and write reports - You will interact closely with teammates, managers, and engineers to improve current tools, workflows, products, and services WHAT WE BELIEVE ARE IMPORTANT TRAITS FOR THIS ROLE - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
