Per diem role with flexible hours scheduled Monday–Friday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) . Occasional evening availability may be required based on patient needs. Location & Travel This role is aligned to our Albany, NY, Schenectady, NY location. Travel is required within approximately a 2-hour radius to provide in-home and/or clinic-based patient care. Work location may vary depending on business needs.
