As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you will support the successful deployment of our Restaurant (K-Series) customers point-of-sales (POS) solutions. In this role, you will assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, network-related support, and post go-live activities to help customers achieve a smooth and successful implementation experience. Working at the intersection of technology and customer success, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored POS solutions while managing implementation queues and supporting customer journeys.
