You will identify opportunities for transformation, build business cases to secure executive investment, and see programs through to sustained results. You will work across Product & Technology, Go-To-Market, Operations, Finance, and People teams as a strategic driver who shapes direction, resolves complex issues, and holds accountability for program success. What you’ll be doing: BUSINESS CASE DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY - Identify, frame, and size transformation opportunities. Independently diagnosing root causes, assessing strategic relevance, and determining where the organization should invest its energy - Build rigorous, compelling business cases that connect transformation opportunities to business value — covering financial impact, risk, sequencing, and the tradeoffs between growth and profitability - Design internal processes and policies that balance the needs of multiple stakeholder groups, including Finance, Sales, Operations, and Risk, to arrive at solutions that are workable across the organization - Present to and influence senior leadership, securing commitment and resource allocation to fund and execute transformation initia...
